I was a beginner speaker without any formal training. One of my biggest hurdles was preparation. I would spend way too much time preparing to for a short talk and feel exhausted afterwards. I wanted to know if there way easier way to prepare and how to grab the attention of the audience.  After applying the tools I learned from Lisa’s coaching program, I now spend less time in preparing and feel more confident in what content to include and more clarity around the outcomes I want to achieve.  I know how to give a clear roadmap to keep my audience engaged from start to finish.  What I learned from Lisa really shifted my thinking around public speaking. I liked how the course was delivered, that it was simple to access and I could do it from my home.
